Description
Complete self-contained mobile CNC router machine for wood and plastics.
Acrylic side guards and removable cover. Overall Size W 1000mm, L 1600mm, H 1650mm.
Machinable cutting bed size: X axis 930mm, Y axis 530mm, Z axis 100mm.
Accuracy: 0.02mm.
Router motor 1.5Kw water cooled, E 11 collet. Powered by an ABB Inverter (not Chinese)
1 Dell computer running Mach3 software.
2nd Dell computer with specialist software for in house programming via Memory stick.
Cooling water system.
Cooling fans (for long runs)
Compressed air system.
Vacuum system for vacuum table 500mm x 500mm.
LED lighting.
Foldaway computer and key board.
Monitor camera.
4 axis Stepper motor and chuck (not been used)
Tray of new router bits and collets.
Tray of clamps.
Spare circuit boards and power supplies (never needed)
I am an engineer and built this unit with the sol purpose of using readily available parts that can be used to mend or change use by anybody with reasonable DIY skills in doing so there is no need to buy manufacturer parts at high prices.
I also have sheets of 6mm Corian negotiable.
