We Can Ltd is a busy property maintenance company covering London & Surrey, handling plumbing, drainage, roofing, heating, gas, emergencies, painting, decorating, and full property maintenance.

We’re currently expanding and looking for a competent, reliable roofer — ideally with a labourer and own ladder — to help with roof patchwork and tile repairs on a property in KT12.

This job is ready to start ASAP, with scaffold already in place, and there’s potential for long-term, ongoing work for the right person or team.

🔧 Job details
• Replace cracked, broken, or disintegrated roof tiles.
• Carefully remove and reuse good existing tiles where possible (to keep the roof consistent).
• Clean one side of the roof (scaffold already up).
• Keep the work area tidy; remove or stack waste materials neatly.
• Provide an estimate and timescale before starting.

🧰 What we’re looking for
• Experienced, competent roofer (preferably with your own labourer).
• Must have own ladder and basic tools.
• Able to work safely and independently.
• Trustworthy and punctual — we’re looking to build an ongoing working relationship.
• Public liability insurance preferred (not essential).

• Ideally, you can source replacement tiles/materials where needed.
• If you don’t have used/spare matching tiles, we can help source or discuss at the time.
• Flexibility is fine — we’ll coordinate on materials as needed.

💼 How we work
• You’ll be working under We Can Ltd, not directly with the customer.
• All communication, instructions, and payments go through us.
• Payment made directly by We Can Ltd upon completion of each job.

• Current job: KT12 — scaffold up, ready to start.
• We also cover London & Surrey, so regular ongoing jobs are available for reliable tradespeople.
• As we get busier, we’ll be calling back good roofers and teams for repeat work on future jobs.

We’re happy to work on a day rate or fixed-price basis — whatever suits you best.
