We initially needed some conservatory guttering replaced, Michael was the only person willing to undertake the work after a swift response to me placing the request. The work was completed to a high standard and at a competitive price. Since then Michael has also cleaned our roof of moss and done some repointing and broken tile replacement on the roof and eaves. All work has been done to a high standard and on the dates agreed. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Michael and will definitely be contacting him if we need work doing in the future

Michael recently came to our property to repoint a wall and renovate our wrought iron railings. After posting the details on BARK Muchael was the first to respond. He had read my post and offered derail and understood exactly what we were looking for. Michael very promptly sent a detailed quote and followed up with a phone call. We confidently went ahead with the work Michael quoted for. Michael kept to his word on every thing he quoted for. We were very impressed with standard of the completed work. Also, due to living on a main road we know of others who have drove past while Michael was working and have approached him for work they too need doing.

Michael was excellent from the start, worked very hard and we were very pleased with the quality of work when he had finished, from the repointing of the house to the removal of all the moss of the roof, plus he cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Worth the 5 star review, will recommend to family and friends

I sent out an enquiry for repointing work and received a very rapid response from First Choice Property Improvements. We met the following morning and agreed a price for the work. As we had good weather and Michael had some spare time available he started immediately and worked through to completion without delays. During the work we agreed a limited extension to scope which improved the job overall. All the work was executed professionally to a high standard and with minimal disruption. Michael did a good cleanup as he went along and at the end. (Repointing is of necessity dusty work). I was very impressed with the standard of work and timely completion and would reccomend this company to others. Paul Ronicle
