Very rude in initial phone call, unhappy that he rang me earlier in the day and that he had to ring again. Unfortunately when he rang earlier I was working! Appeared not happy that I was looking forward someone to come and have a look and provide a quote, not sure what he was expecting as this is usually practice before taking on any work. Said £6,000 was unrealistic and should be expecting 6x that amount just for a garden. On initial contact didn’t give a good impression, very rude, sharp and dismissive, I told him I had heard enough and he just hung up.

Tom arrived on time with a team of 3, completed the work shortly( leak in my roof) with a reasonable price and even cleaned my gutters for free

I needed the plastic roof on my conservatory sorting as it was leaking, and replacing with a solid flat roof. They came and quoted quickly, gave a fair price, and got it booked in. What work was to be done was fully explained, and completed to a high standard. Initially it was to take 2 days, but the while team of five worked very hard and it was completed in a day. They were friendly and polite, cleaning up after themselves too. Overall they were easy to work with and did a great job.
