The story of KRC Roofing and Construction Ltd

In London, where the weather can test a roof, a wall, a driveway and a garden all in the same week, KRC Roofing and Construction Ltd set out to build a business around one simple idea: look after people’s properties properly.

KRC is a relatively new company, registered in the UK on 14 May 2026, with its registered address at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Its registered business activities include roofing and landscape services.

But the company presents itself as more than just a roofing contractor. Its work spans roof repairs and replacements, construction and extensions, brickwork, roofline services, driveways, landscaping, fencing, artificial grass, painting, exterior cleaning, repairs and maintenance.

The way KRC describes its approach is straightforward: a customer gets in touch, the team assesses the property, provides a quotation, and then carries out the agreed work with an emphasis on durability, tidy workmanship and clear communication.

And that creates the real story behind the company.

Imagine a London homeowner looking up at a roof after another heavy downpour. There is a leak. The gutter is overflowing. The garden has seen better days, and the driveway could use attention too.

Instead of having to find several different tradespeople, the homeowner can turn to one company that works across those areas.

The roof can be repaired.
The gutters and roofline can be restored.
The driveway can be renewed.
The garden can be transformed.
The fence can be replaced.

What began as a roofing and construction job can become a complete improvement to the property.

KRC’s own website says its ambition is to provide reliable, high-quality and long-lasting property improvements across London and surrounding areas, with services extending from roofing and construction into landscaping and exterior improvements.

There is also an early sign of customer traction: a current MyBuilder listing for KRC shows 5/5 from 3 reviews, although that is a small sample and should be treated as an early snapshot rather than a broad measure of the company’s overall performance.
