Avoid at all cost!! I booked Lewis form Apex roofing and building to replace my garage roof. The job was for a 3 layer felt system, strengthen the structure with loggings every 400 centres, and replace the gutter. Instead, he did only 2 layers which should have been way cheaper. He did not add the joggings and reused the old gutter. The gutter now has a big hole in it that they broke whilst replacing it. There are multiple screws coming through below the ceiling. They bashed one of the supporting beams with a hammer to make space for the usb board and water is getting into the wood when it rains. I have called and texted him multiple times, he says he will call back or arrange for someone to come and fix but it never happened.
