Work with next generation has been nothing but a pleasure,Andy and Dave perfect in every way ,great lads who respected my property and worked like demons , They took over from a company of Cowboys who left me in a right mess ,Dean come to my rescue a proper knight in shinning armour ,5 stars are no enough for this company and its workers I am very hard to please as I expect the highest of standards ,but I would not find fault ,my house was spotless when they worked, If I could 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️would be my answer

Damp proof course along one wall. Excellent service from requesting quote to completion of works. All employees extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Second time we have used this company and very strongly trust and recommend them

Really happy with the service from Dean and the team. They removed all the old loft insulation, cleaned everything out properly, and left the space tidy. The guys were polite, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Work was done efficiently with no hassle, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Would definitely recommend 👍

Dean arrived promptly for the survey appointment and provided a very full description of the work needed and the method of execution of the undertaking. Kirsty and Luke provided great assistance in providing the detailed information of the technical aspects of the work and the follow up information. Brett and Grant arrived on time and immediately prepared the property for the work to be undertaken. They worked extremely hard over the 2 days and ensured that the work was completed to a high standard and that the property was left immaculately clean and tidy. All aspects of the job were undertaken to the high standards described in the initial proposal provided by the company. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Brett and Grant who undertook to remove the heavy items from the loft and to return them to the loft on completion of the job - a great gesture to assist elderly customers and certainly not part of the job description. My sincere thanks to all at Next Generation for their excellent customer service.
