I’m really pleased with the work done by BLS Home Improvements. The team was friendly, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and delivered a high-quality finish that exceeded my expectations. Everything was completed on time and left neat and tidy. I’m very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend them to others.

Arrived on time, did a thorough job, and left everything spotless. The house looks so much better now. Great value for money!

This is not a qualified tree surgeon company, despite being advertised as such. The individual turned up with only a chainsaw, no PPE, which immediately raised serious concerns. The work was not completed as quoted or paid for, and the standard of work did not reflect the level of confidence or experience that was advertised. Overall they did not appear competent or experienced enough to carry out the job properly. Lastly a huge amount of waste was left behind despite paying for this to be removed. And damage to my exterior walls and fences. Since the visit, there has been no response despite contacting the individual multiple times to ask them to return and complete the works. I would not recommend this service and advise others to be extremely cautious.
