Le Creuset blue cast iron rectangular roaster pan (30 x 21 x 5cm, approx 3kg). Brilliant on Induction hobs, in ovens, under grills, and even BBQs. Works with all heat sources (Aga, ceramic, gas, electric, radiant, flame). Fully enamelled base - no chips, scratches, drag-marks. Exterior enamel intact, no chips, scratches or nibbles around the rim. The only blemishes are faint storage marks around the corners (photos 4-6) which may polish out. No rust visible anywhere. Sturdy full-length grip-friendly reinforced side handles (current C handle shape notorious for breaking off!). Immaculate matt black ribbed interior with two fat-draining corners enables low-fat cookery as food doesn't stew in juices or fat, and creates restaurant-grade sear marks. Never available in the UK, no longer made, this unusual model is quite rare. Yes, identical ribbed roasters for sale on eBay in worse condition... at £100, 30% more!!
