Description
Steel-frame 14-speed Raleigh road bike with drop handlebars. Made in England, per badges. Model looks like it's Odyssey 300EX? Based on the frame number and online resources, it appears to have been manufactured in 1970.
Seat tube: 54cm
Tyres: Michelin Select, made in France, size 23 - 622 (700 x 23c)
Shimano Exage 300EX shifting system
I got this from a charity shop about 2.5 years ago and had it serviced and outfitted with new tyres, bar tape, brake pads, and pedals. Since then, I have only ridden it around town a handful of times, so parts should still have plenty of life in them. Tyre treads are pretty much as-new and the sidewalls are in good shape. Has been stored in garage since acquired by me, never outside.
Some surface rust on chain and gears, and around bottom bracket. Some of the branding stickers are pretty roughed up, but the heron badge is in good shape, and the paint is in good condition.
Pictured front light and frame-mounted lock are NOT INCLUDED, and will be removed.
Will entertain reasonable offers.
