A stunning 9ct yellow gold heart-shaped pendant, set with a vibrant approximately 1ct heart-cut ruby surrounded by sparkling approx. 1-point diamonds for a beautiful, luxurious finish.
This pendant is fully hallmarked “375” for 9ct gold purity and stamped “DIA” to confirm the presence of genuine diamonds.
