Watchmaker – Rolex Accredited

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Rolex–accredited Watchmaker to join a highly respected, heritage–led luxury retailer renowned for its commitment to craftsmanship, technical excellence, and exceptional client service.

The Role:

Perform full diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on luxury mechanical timepieces in line with Rolex standardsEnsure all work meets strict quality control, accuracy, and performance benchmarksManage aftersales servicing with a meticulous and client–focused approachProvide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients where requiredMaintain detailed service documentation in line with brand and warranty requirementsAbout You:

Fully Rolex–accredited Watchmaker with up–to–date certification (essential)Proven experience within an authorised service centre or luxury retail environmentStrong technical expertise across mechanical movements, fault diagnosis, and refinishingA genuine passion for horology and appreciation for heritage craftsmanshipExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering best–in–class standardsProfessional communication skills, with the ability to engage a knowledgeable client baseThe Opportunity:
