Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a luxury retail environment in Bicester. This Visual Merchandising Manager role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual standards, commercial performance, and team development.

Offering 34,000– 38,000 per annum hours of work will consist of 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and 40 hours per week.

Duties:

Lead visual merchandising standards across the store Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results Coach and develop the visual merchandising team Plan and deliver seasonal launches, floor moves, and product displays Support store visits and ensure the store is always presentation ready Work closely with management and operational teams to drive performance Experience:
