Are you ready to take your fashion retail career to the next level? We're looking for a motivated and fashion-focused Assistant Manager to help lead a vibrant high street store.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and inspire your team to achieve success while keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day store operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and hit sales targets.
Take ownership of visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
Act as a role model on the shop floor-delivering style, service, and professionalism.
Step up as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.
You'll thrive in this Assistant Manager role if you're driven, commercially minded, and passionate about both people and product.
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail experience in a leadership role (Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager)
A natural leader with strong communication and people management skills
A flair for fashion and a love of working in a trend-led, fast-paced environment
Sales-focused and results-driven with a "can-do" attitude
