Location: Dover, Kent

Contract Type: Temporary (1–2 weeks)

Hourly Rate: 14.50

What's in it for you?

Competitive hourly rate of 14.50

Work 5 days a week with a balanced 9–hour shift system

Alternating AM and PM shifts:

– AM Shift: 6 AM – 3 PM

– PM Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare delicious dishes following direct orders and recipes, meeting the high standards of the restaurant.

Thrive under pressure in an open kitchen environment, demonstrating your ability to maintain focus and efficiency.

Lead and manage your shift team effectively to maximise productivity and service levels.

Receive deliveries and rotate stock, ensuring the kitchen remains well–organised and stocked.

Consistently maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality in every dish you prepare.

What We're Looking For:

A passionate Chef with a flair for creating delightful culinary experiences.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic kitchen environment.

Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage time effectively.

Experience in high–pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
