The Role

Supporting the day–to–day running of a busy, high–volume retail operation.

Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational and sales targets.

Taking a hands–on approach to coaching and supporting colleagues on the shop floor.

Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Managing stock, deliveries and replenishment efficiently.

Supporting with rotas, team performance and daily operational priorities.

Ensuring the team delivers consistently high standards in a fast–paced environment.

About You

Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

Experience working within a fast–paced, high–volume retail environment.

A confident leader who can motivate and get the best out of a team.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

A hands–on approach with a strong work ethic.

Passionate about delivering great customer service and maintaining high standards.
