Description

Join us as a Store Manager at our North London store earning a base salary of GBP35,000 per annum with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one.

We are also offering the Store Manager

40 hours per week includes a paid 30–minute lunch break each day. 5 days a week on a rolling rota. Being a retail sales role, the successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Two–week rolling rota pattern:

Week 1

Monday Wednesday – 09 00

Thursday Friday Non–Working Days

Saturday 09 00

Sunday 11 00

Week 2

Monday Friday 09 00

Saturday Sunday Non–Working Days

Store and individual incentive bonuses will form a significant part of the Store Manager's income (expected to be circa GBP5–8K+ pa on top of basic salary). Pension scheme. Holiday entitlement is 29 days per annum (including statutory bank holidays). Personal use of in–store equipment after hours. Generous staff discount (following probation). Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a Store Manager at Fitness Superstore who will:

Provide an unsurpassed in–store experience for our customers. Sell high–quality fitness equipment face–to–face and over the phone and Live Chat. Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations. Provide all necessary information about our products and relevant apps, demonstrating whenever necessary. Work with our customer service and operations teams to ensure efficient customer solutions. Ensure the store maximises profitability and meet sales targets and KPI s, taking full accountability. Manage and motivate a team to achieve continuous increases in sales and efficiency. Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff and conducting performance reviews. Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. Inspire the team to do their best by being a role model and an authoritative example of their possible future with the company.

Your Skills and Experience

At least 3 years management and sales experience.

A proven ability to deliver targets and drive sales growth.

Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others.

The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.

Strong customer focus.

The ability to multi–task and work under pressure.

Excellent numerical skills.

Excellent I.T. skills.

Great communication skills.
