About the Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store's success–driving performance, leading a high–energy team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a role for a hands–on, commercially focused leader who thrives in a fast–paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service goals.Manage store operations efficiently, including stock, rotas, and merchandising.Maintain the highest standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation.Analyse sales data, monitor trends, and respond quickly to market opportunities.Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and commercial targets.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager (minimum 24 months).Strong people leadership skills and a proven ability to build high–performing teams.Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive store profitability.A customer–first mindset with a passion for retail and team development.
