Saturday 6th December 10am till 3:30pm

Sunday 7th December 10am till 3:30pm

Saturday 13th December 10am till 3:30pm

Sunday 14th December 10am till 3:30pm

Saturday 20th December 10am till 3:30pm

Sunday 21st December 10am till 3:30pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and cheerful individual to join our festive team as a Christmas Elf! You will help create a magical experience for visitors, assist Santa in his grotto, and spread holiday cheer throughout the mall.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome families and children to Santa's grotto with warmth and enthusiasm

Assist with queue management and ensure a smooth visitor experience

Help children feel comfortable during their visit with Santa

Support Santa with gift distribution and photo sessions

Maintain a festive atmosphere and uphold health & safety standards

Engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, energetic, and approachable personality

Ability to work in a busy environment and remain cheerful under pressure

Comfortable interacting with children and families

Reliable and punctual

Requirements:

Enhanced Child DBS

Must be available for the full festive period

Previous customer service or performance experience is desirable but not essential

Willingness to wear a festive costume provided by the mall
