SALES ASSISTANT - EASY TOPS WORKWEAR & EMBROIDERY

Location: Old Harlow

Salary: GBP28,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Easy Tops Workwear & Embroidery is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service in-store, over the phone, and by email

• Processing sales, managing the order pipeline, and ensuring jobs move smoothly through the workflow

• Assisting customers with product choices, sizes, and branding options

• Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-presented

• Updating order information and maintaining accurate records

• Working closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders

About You:

• Positive, friendly, and professional manner

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work efficiently on your own

• A team player who enjoys helping customers

• Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)

• Experience in retail or customer service is mandatory.
