25,396 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 9:00am – 6:00pm Permanent Fulltime

We're looking for a driven, confident Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Bradford. If you love selling face–to–face, hitting targets, and working in a busy shop–floor environment, this is the role for you.

This is a hands–on, customer–facing role where your energy, personality, and sales ability directly impact your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

Actively engaging customers on the shop floorConfidently selling products and closing deals in personUnderstanding customer needs and recommending the right solutionsWorking towards and exceeding sales and commission targetsDelivering an exceptional customer experience every timeKeeping the shop floor clean, organised, and visually appealingBeing a reliable, positive team player in a fast–paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

A natural salesperson who enjoys talking to peopleExperience in retail or sales (preferred, not essential if you have the right attitude)Confident, outgoing, and persuasive communication styleTarget–driven and motivated by commissionReliable, committed, and punctualFlexible to work 5 days out of 7
