About the Role:

We're partnering with a rapidly growing online homewares brand based in Manchester to find a talented Merchandiser to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with a highly respected Head of Merchandising who is passionate about developing talent. The role offers genuine scope for progression as the business – and the team – continues to scale.

You'll be joining a fast–paced, hands–on environment where no two days look the same. This role suits someone who thrives on pace, enjoys rolling their sleeves up, and wants real ownership and visibility within a growing brand.

The Role:

As Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in driving the trading performance of your category, working closely with Buying, Planning, and the wider commercial team to maximise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing intake, stock flow and availability across your product categories, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right timeBuilding and maintaining accurate sales, stock and intake plans in line with commercial targetsAnalysing weekly and seasonal trade, identifying opportunities and risks, and recommending actionWorking closely with the Head of Merchandising and Buying team to inform range planning and future strategyManaging markdown and promotional planning to optimise stock and marginBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end–to–end product flowProducing clear, accurate reporting to support trading decisions across the businessAbout You:

Proven experience as a Merchandiser (or strong experience as a Junior Merchandiser ready for the next step)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear commercial actionsHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at paceA proactive, hands–on approach – comfortable working in a fast–moving, entrepreneurial environmentConfident communicator, able to build strong relationships across buying, planning and the wider businessAdvanced Excel skillsWhat's On Offer:
