Are you an experienced Merchandiser looking for your next step within a fast-paced online retail environment? Our client, a rapidly growing business in the online retail sector, is seeking a confident and commercially minded Merchandiser to join their Leicester team on a permanent, on-site basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key product categories, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play an important role in trading performance and product availability across the online retail operation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the merchandising function by managing the critical path and ensuring products launch on time.

Analyse sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to drive commercial decisions.

Work collaboratively with Buying, Marketing, and wider internal teams to deliver strong ranges.

Forecast demand, monitor sell-through performance, and identify opportunities to increase margin.

Maintain accurate reporting and ensure data integrity across all categories.

Build strong internal and supplier relationships to support product flow and availability.

About You

Previous experience in a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser role within retail or online retail.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working at pace.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in Excel and merchandising systems.
