Description

We are looking for a Manager to join us in creating an exceptional guest experience by guiding and working alongside our in-store teams so that they are able to execute store operations on the day to day. The role is base in Central London area.

Job Summary

Profile: You are a people focussed, results driven individual who possesses a track record of leadership by example, with a strong understanding of KPIs, P & L's, and management reporting, and are confident in coaching teams toward growth.

Create Impact

Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our products and ensure team-members are able to communicate those products to our guests in an approachable manner.

Lead by example by modelling professionalism through creating and sustaining a strong team ethic and instilling high standards across operational and financial goals.

Protect and ensure a consistent high quality customer experience by making sure the shop is open and operates in accordance with the shops business hours, and that all members in the team are punctual and professional.

Model the highest standard of attention to detail, inspiring others towards achieving key performance metrics such as our in-store audits.

Take responsibility for overall store operations within the cluster, provide first line HR support to your teams, and have confidence in managing upwards as well as within your cluster.

Set others up for success

Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring our guests receive a high level of quality and consistency in our product and service, and provide site leads with constructive feedback, coaching them toward success.

Create weekly rotas that execute a thought out in-store deployment of tasks to achieve maximum efficiency and an exceptional guest experience.

Set others up for success through effective operational management by ensuring all operational guidelines, health and safety guidelines, processes, and reporting are accurate and up to date.

Be on call and visit the premises should there be any emergency, and be prepared to step in should a team member be unable to attend work and suitable cover unavailable.

Ensure people within your cluster are consistently up skilled by working side by side the team, evaluating performance, identifying opportunities for progression, and providing goals that can be measured and championed.

Provide a welcoming experience for new team members via recognising their successes as well as providing supportive direction as needed.

Cultivate a positive and proactive culture, where goals are achieved through communication and teamwork.

Promote growth by managing labour costs, balancing the need to meet targets whilst sustaining growth.

Ensuring sustainability through profit by managing stock levels according to times of business, and product range according to local tastes, whilst minimising waste.
