Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application

Experience supporting employee relations casework and people management processes

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR systems

Experience producing HR data and management reporting would be advantageous

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Personable, approachable and highly professional

Confident supporting managers and employees at all levels

Proactive, organised and solutions-focused

Passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience

Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
