This is a high–impact role within a founder–led, scaling fashion business. Significant investment is being made into structure, performance, and long–term growth – and performance marketing sits at the heart of that strategy.

The Role:

Reporting to the COO, you will own and scale the customer acquisition strategy across paid media. You'll lead a team of two managers, balancing hands–on execution with strategic leadership as the function continues to evolve.

Develop and execute a scalable, data–led acquisition strategyOwn paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTubeDrive improvements in CPA, ROAS, LTV and overall channel efficiencyOptimise budget allocation, testing frameworks and channel mixDeliver clear, commercial performance reportingCollaborate cross–functionally with merchandising, product, creative and techAbout You

Proven paid media leadership within fashion or consumer e–commerceStrong in–house experience preferredDeep commercial understanding of acquisition metrics and growth leversComfortable in a founder–led, high–accountability environmentHands–on, analytical and commercially sharpCRM exposure is a bonus, not essential.The Environment

This is a fast–paced, performance–focused culture with strong senior leadership visibility. The role is office–based five days per week, with limited flexibility.
