The Opportunity

This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. You'll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners – protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork.

You'll work hands–on with:

Retail customersInternal Technical & Operational teamsProduct, packaging & sustainability projectsNo two days are the same. Plenty of responsibility. Real opportunity to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Act as the go–to technical contact for retail customersManage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standardsLead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessmentsSupport new product launches, packaging changes, and innovation projectsEnsure all customer–facing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit–readyIdentify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainabilityAnalyse trends and data to reduce risk and drive continuous improvementSupport ESG and sustainability initiatives that truly matter Who We're Looking For

Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chainStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailA proactive, solutions–focused mindsetConfidence managing multiple prioritiesGood MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)A genuine passion for fresh produce, quality, and innovationInterested?
