Concession Manager Premium Ladies Footwear Brand (New Opening)

Location: Fenwick Department Store, Royal Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate + Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a well–established premium, fashion–led ladies footwear brand with over 50 years of heritage in delivering beautifully crafted, Italian–designed footwear and handbags to recruit an experienced Concession Manager for an exciting new opening within a leading retail partner.

This is a standout opportunity for a commercial, style–led retail leader to take ownership of a brand–new concession from launch and play a pivotal role in shaping its success from day one.

The Opportunity

This role would suit someone currently operating at Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level within premium or luxury retail, looking to step into a position where they can truly build something from the ground up.

The brand is known for its elegant, trend–led footwear crafted from luxurious Italian leathers and suedes, with a strong reputation for quality, sophistication, and contemporary style. Their teams are passionate, fashion–focused, and customer–obsessed, with a shared commitment to delivering an elevated retail experience.

What you ll do:

Lead the successful launch and ongoing management of a new concession Drive consistent sales performance and deliver against commercial KPIs Build, lead, and develop a motivated, service–driven team Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with premium retail standards Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation Oversee stock control, replenishment, and operational excellence Develop strong working relationships with the host store team Analyse performance and implement proactive actions to maximise results What you ll have:

Experience within premium footwear or fashion retail Proven success as a Store Manager, Concession Manager, or strong Assistant Manager in a customer–facing environment Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales targets A genuine passion for footwear, styling, and premium customer experience Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams Experience working in a concession or fast–paced retail environment A polished, professional approach with strong attention to detail What s on offer:
