Are you an experienced Cluster Manager or Area Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of fashion stores for an established multi–brand retail business, based in Swindon.

This is a hands–on, commercially focused role where you'll lead Store Managers, drive sales and KPIs, and play a key role in developing teams and improving performance across multiple locations.

The Role

As Cluster Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of a group of stores. You'll work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, improve KPIs, develop people and maintain high standards across every location.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams

Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the cluster

Reviewing store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results

Supporting Store Managers with recruitment, onboarding and team development

Ensuring strong operational, visual merchandising and customer service standards

Managing performance and supporting succession planning across the cluster

Working closely with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives

Regularly visiting stores and being a visible, hands–on retail leader

About You

Proven experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager or in a similar multi–site retail management role

Strong fashion or lifestyle retail experience

A proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

Experience leading and developing Store Managers across multiple locations

Confident analysing performance and turning commercial data into action

Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills

Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Hands–on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed

Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and developing people
