Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Central Planning Clerk (6 month FTC) to join our Branston team, supporting our customer, B&Q. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7 shifts between 8:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00 & 13:00-21:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of GBP25,061.40 (plus a 25% unsocial allowance for weekends and after 20:00), and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
Deliver high-quality service by working collaboratively with team members and sharing knowledge and expertiseHandle all incoming customer calls in line with SLA requirements, ensuring prompt and appropriate responsesManage customer incident calls and emails from initial contact through to resolutionMaintain accurate and up-to-date records, including designated spreadsheets and documentation. Rebook customer orders and provide updates via phone or text message Follow all operational procedures, reporting any incidents of non-compliance as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous customer service experience or NVQ Level 3 in Customer ServiceStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a busy environmentA committed team player who is well organised and takes ownership of tasksHigh attention to detail with confident IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeEducated to GCSE level or equivalent
