We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well–established franchised main dealer in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Car Sales Executive to develop their career within a busy and reputable dealership environment.
Our client is offering a competitive package for the Car Sales Executive position, including a basic salary, attractive OTE potential, and excellent career development prospects.
Benefits:
Basic salary of GBP20,000 per annum On–target earnings of up to GBP50,000 per year Monday to Saturday working week, with a day off during the week (no Sundays) Company car provided to support mobility Friendly, professional environment focused on growth Opportunities for career progression within a thriving dealership Duties:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service Present and showcase vehicles effectively to maximise sales opportunities Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long–term relationships Update and manage detailed CRM records for successful follow–up Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives Requirements:
