About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high–performing team within a fast–paced, high–volume retail environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while building the skills needed for future Store Management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager

Take ownership of a key department and assume Duty Manager responsibilities when requiredSupport the Store Manager in delivering key business objectives, including sales performance, shrinkage control, and labour managementLead, coach, and motivate colleagues to create a positive and productive working environmentDeliver exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the storeMaintain high standards of stock management, merchandising, and store presentationEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety and company policiesUtilise store performance data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growthWhat We're Looking For in an Assistant Store Manager

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast–paced retail environmentA hands–on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and inspiring teams to succeedStrong organisational, communication, and problem–solving abilitiesA customer–focused mindset with a passion for delivering resultsCommercial awareness and the ability to drive performance through peopleAmbition to progress into a Store Management positionWhy Join Us?
