Join us as an assistant store manager in our Vision Express Witney store and play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer care within a thriving optical retail environment. This joint venture store brings together a skilled team consisting of one dispensing optician and five optical assistants, giving the assistant store manager the opportunity to lead, support, and develop a closeknit group.

As an assistant store manager, you'll work closely with the joint venture partner to support daytoday store operations while acting as a handson leader on the shop floor. You'll help drive performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a firstclass experience. People management will be a key part of your responsibilities - the assistant store manager will coach, develop, and motivate colleagues to help them reach their full potential.

This role is ideal for a natural problemsolver. As an assistant store manager, you'll be calm under pressure, able to make confident decisions, and ready to guide the team through everyday challenges. From supporting colleagues with queries to resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations, you'll help create a positive, collaborative, and highperforming environment.
