What You'll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside your Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and keep the store running smoothly.

Your role will include:

Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer serviceSupporting daily operations - stock control, cash handling, and store safetyStepping up to lead when the Store Manager is awayMaintaining high visual standards and creating a welcoming, easy-to-shop environmentDriving store performance and hitting targetsWhat We're Looking For
