Pay: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to make a difference in an outstanding secondary school?

ANZUK Education is proud to be working in partnership with a high-achieving, forward-thinking secondary school in Surbiton, located in the vibrant borough of Kingston Upon Thames. We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join the school from September 2025 on a one-year contract.

The Role:

As an HLTA, you will:

Support and lead learning activities across KS3 and KS4

Provide targeted support to small groups and individual students

Cover classes in the absence of teachers where appropriate

Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to raise student achievement

Contribute to the inclusive and supportive ethos of the school The Ideal Candidate:

Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience

Has strong classroom management skills

Is confident delivering lessons and working with students aged 11-16

Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
