Assistant Automotive Service Manager – West London
Strong OTE GBP45k+ Negotiable depending on experience Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm – Weekends on rota
An established automotive business in West London is seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor to support the day–to–day running of a busy aftersales department.
This role is ideal for a Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller who is working towards a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager career path and is ready to take on more operational responsibility.
This is a hands–on, visible role within the dealership, supporting both front–of–house and workshop teams while helping drive performance, customer satisfaction and operational standards.
The Role
Supporting the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with daily aftersales operations
Managing and supporting Service Advisors and overseeing workshop flow
Assisting with KPI performance, productivity, upsell and customer satisfaction targets
Handling escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
Supporting audit standards, compliance and brand processes
Acting as a key link between service advisors, technicians and management
Ensuring a smooth and consistent customer journey from booking to handover
About You
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Workshop Controller
Strong customer handling, leadership and people management skills
Commercially aware with a focus on quality, efficiency and profitability
Confident working in a fast–paced main dealer or large independent environment
Motivated by progression towards a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager role
