About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager and lead a high–performing team in a fast–paced, high–volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence – with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of a department and step up as Duty Manager when requiredSupport the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage controlDrive exceptional customer service and team engagementOversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standardsEnsure Health & Safety procedures are always followedAnalyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager (or similar level) in a fast–paced retail environmentA hands–on leader who thrives on the shop floor and motivates othersStrong organisational and communication skillsPassionate about customer service and hitting targetsProactive and eager to develop into a future Store Manager
