Monday to Friday 08:00am 6:00pm No Weekend Work

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a large and established Aftersales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has spent at least FIVE years in a franchised main dealer role and is confident managing a sizeable team, driving departmental performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the Aftersales Department with a strong focus on leadership, productivity, profitability and the overall performance of the Aftersales department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage an Aftersales team Take overall responsibility for the day–to–day operation of the department. Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability. Monitor and manage key performance indicators and financial targets. Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise individual and departmental performance. Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and workshop performance. Work closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives. Ensure all operational, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained. Deal confidently with customer escalations and resolve issues effectively. Your Background & Skills

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a franchised main dealer Aftersales Management role. Proven experience managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales team. Strong leadership and people–management skills. Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive departmental performance. Excellent understanding of Aftersales operations, KPIs and profitability. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and develop a large team. Customer–focused with a professional and proactive approach. What's on Offer?
