The Role

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving workshop performance, profitability and manufacturer compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

– Leading, motivating and developing the Service Advisors, Workshop Controller and Technician team

– Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and labour utilisation

– Delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction scores (CSI)

– Managing departmental profitability and achieving operational targets

– Planning workshop loading to maximise efficiency and technician productivity

– Ensuring manufacturer standards, warranty procedures and service campaigns are completed correctly

– Monitoring department performance and implementing continuous improvements

– Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and manufacturer requirements

About You

You'll also have:

– Previous automotive aftersales management experience

– Strong leadership and people management skills

– Excellent commercial awareness with a strong understanding of departmental profitability
