GBP35–45k basic with GBP55–65k OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am 5pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am 1pm)

Our client, a main dealer located in Southport is on the hunt for a skilled Aftersales Manager to join their team. The right candidate will be confident in pushing for growth within the dealership, alongside having the ability to grow a service department. This is an exciting hands–on opportunity with excellent growth and earning opportunities. This role will be based primarily within the Service department, so strong previous experience within service is highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be managing a team of 7 You will manage and control WIP, warranty and debtors as well as, ensuring Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained. You will be in charge of a large team, and need to be a dynamic and hands–on individual. You must be able to command respect, trust and set the pace for the team, finding positive ways to achieve business results. You will be monitoring and controlling sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing action required to improve sales. You will be able to demonstrate a progressive career to date and have a good understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques and ideally have a strong technical background. Your Background & Skill:

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealer is essential. Excellent communication skills. Good at problem solving and identifying solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your own decision and actions. Ability to manage a team and give instruction.
