Description

Product Introduction
The drum roaster is used for roasting peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts,
cocoa beans, sesame seeds, coffee beans, melon seeds and other granular
nuts and legumes. The material inside the drum is roasted and processed by
means of a burner, the processing temperature is controlled by temperature
control components and the processing time is measured by a timer to ensure
the roasting quality.
2. Main functions and features
The drum roasting machine consists of a frame, a drum, a burner, a
transmission system and a control system. The frame is wrapped with a heat
insulation layer to prevent heat loss to the outside and to ensure a stable
internal temperature; there are guide vanes inside the drum to make the
material tumble inside when turning in the forward direction and be heated
evenly, and to make the finished roasted product flow out from the outlet when
turning in the reverse direction; the transmission system is equipped with a
clutch and the drum can be turned manually; the control system controls the
steering of the burner and the drum according to the set roasting process
parameters to complete the roasting process automatically.
