Great service. I’m disabled and can’t get rid of my excess rubbish. Thanks to Ben’s service he cleared all the rubbish I had for a very good price. He came quickly, it was no hassle for him to fit me in, and I was very happy with the service. I’m booking again now for a second clearance and cannot recommend them enough if you need a rubbish collection doing or a man with a van.

I think it’s important to leave an honest review given the reason I chose this company for my flat move was based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, after paying what felt like quite a steep amount for a one bedroom flat move, I was left feeling totally unsatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. The service I enquired about was a two man and (Luton) van service. The two men showed up late and didn’t explain why on arrival and seemed totally unbothered. So much so it took 9 hours to move a packed one bedroom apartment from South London to Surrey. At different points during the day the two men would disappear for some time without explaining why which meant the time it took to move items from my flat took even longer, so much so I got involved with moving boxes and disassembling furniture though this was included in the price. During the move I was contacted by their Head of Operations to say that the original price quoted would be increased by £200 due to the Luton van being “almost full”, despite me asking the guys how the van was looking a mere 30 minutes before. I inspected the Luton van myself and found plenty of space, so I totally refused the increase. I made contact with the Head of Operations - Danny - whilst driving from the property I was moving out of to the one I was moving into, and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, so they are fully aware before leaving this review. Toward the end of the move, they increased from two to three men to help speed up the move. I found this out as I met the third man inside my property without any proper introduction. Whilst saying this, he was far more upbeat and professional and I overheard him directing the other men whilst moving furniture - whom also left significant dents in my walls by knocking furniture into them. Fast forward to the end of the service when making payment and saying thank you for their time - a simple courtesy - one of the men scoffed as he left and didn’t close the door on the way out. It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a moving company and has unfortunately made me think twice about going with local and independent companies because this service overall was appalling and not at all worth the money that was spent. To summarise: rude, lazy, inexperienced and unprofessional. Part 2 of my review following the misleading response from the Head of Operations below - who was not present during the house move. They have implied that it took 2.5 hours to unload my cellar - which they did not once enter, as the items within the cellar were removed and placed in the living room for quick unloading. That in itself should suggest, based on their own timelines, just how poor the service was if it took 2.5 hours for 2 individuals to load one particular section of my home that took me 10 minutes to organise outside of the cellar. They have suggested that they struggled to find parking, resulting in significant time being spent loading / unloading. The first property was located 1 minute away from the parking bay they selected, and the second property offers parking directly outside of it. I’d moved my car to accommodate this and I’d implore the Head of Operations to refer to my previous communication when I recommended where to park ahead of the move taking place. Giving an honest and detailed review is for the benefit of those wishing to use their services. I’ve no doubt that they are a courier service, one who can handle low volume, but I do not believe based on the inefficient service I received and their complete lack of communication during the move that they should market that they are able to provide 2 man and van services. Ultimately the response from the business is one of pure defensive and many inaccuracies to protect their reputation, as opposed to responding to feedback from a recent customer following feedback I’ve not only provided publicly, but privately and directly on the day of the move. Once more, disappointing.
