I used Shan a couple of weeks back now, only getting around to leaving the review as I look at my sofas. I have to say, I was mightily impressed. The poor man had to come out to meet me after 7 o'clock to move a two and three seater from Newtownabbey to West Belfast. And out he came. Was there bang on the dot, in and out and lifted it without a hassle. Man lifted it like it was nothing up into the back of the lorry, I was wrecked lol. Down to my house, and up a set of steps to the house. All without an hour. I learnt then that he came out in the midst of a family barbecue to do it. This is what brought me back to leave a review. I was deeply appreciative of that, seldom would you get that as a service, certainly the dedication and commitment. Most would stop at 5 and away home or not entertain the text. The man worked around me with no complaints or fuss. A gentleman of highest calibre too. I'd recommend him to anyone, and he's now my go to guy in future. I couldn't fault the service and fee. Was well worth the money. I wish him all the very best and I hope he got home and enjoyed that barbecue. It would have been very well deserved. Very warm and kind regards. Tom.
