I recently used removals Cardiff whilst doing a home exchange. It was very easy to book which I did via text, all my texts were responded to instantly. On the day I moved, the 2 lads with quite a large van turned up 5 mins early. They both were very hardworking, efficient and followed direction. I booked 3 hours and they got all my furniture moved within the allocated time. When I lost an item of mine during the move, I contacted Peter who responded to me immediately and I found my item within a few minutes, the lads had notice my item (which had fallen out of where I packed it) in the van and so placed it in my chest of draws. The price of hiring them was fair and cost £195 based on what I had to move and 3 hours of there time. Moving is stressful enough without having a moving company mess you around or charge extortion prices. Removals Cardiff isnt like that and makes your move as easy as possible. Overall I found them to be brilliant and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Honestly I have no words to describe the service I received. Way above and beyond, extremely reliable, excellent, friendly and respectful team. Used them for fully moving out of my house into storage and then again moving into my new place a few months later. Peter and his team were able to sort out my packing and removal within a day (no small feat!), drive back and forth quite a distance out of their base and all with a smile. Straight forward, fast and efficient, exactly what we need when we are moving in and out of a property. They also pick up single items like a sofa, fridge etc. It’s a simple process. They come in, ask what will be moved and carry even you if you stay still in the corner. Have used them 3 times and will continue do for as long as they are trading.
