I can't fault Buy and Bid Clearances. They had a very competitive quote and could have the work completed within the next 3 weeks. More than this, they recycle, reuse and donate whenever sensible, keeping costs down and avoiding waste, and were very sensitive towards my sister, who has struggled greatly with the loss of our mother. Their ethos is fantastic, their sensitivity was really needed, and they've done a great job. Excellent communication, including photos to keep us updated on progress, and they left the house neat and tidy. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially for house clearance after a bereavement. We asked Nicci and her team to clear my Mums flat. Nicci explained her pricing very clearly and gave us a detailed quote which was competitive with lots of options if we later decided we wanted to auction something. When she saw something outside the quote she asked if we would sell it to her. The bank transfers bang on time. The flat was super clean and empty. It was a real pleasure dealing with this team and I recommend them . 5 stars
