From beginning to end, Andy was excellent. After contacting me through Bark, we discussed what type of drainage I needed. He came round the next day to have a look and take measurements and we agreed on what the job would entail. I let him know that I was keen to get the job done fairly soon. I received a quote from Andy the same day, including how long the job would take and the soonest date he was available and we agreed for him to start then. Andy messaged me to let me know what time he would be coming, and he arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, disposing of all the concrete and soil (heavy wet clay) leaving no mess at all. On the second day Andy installed the drains as planned, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end. They were exactly as I had wanted them, and Andy explained how to clear them if needed and checked that I was happy with everything. The work was done to a high standard, Andy was professional throughout, friendly and approachable, working really hard with quiet efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him
