Description
I am a Reiki practitioner, Bowen Therapist and Nutrionist with a passion to help people to transition to a better state of wellbeing.
I use my intuition and empathy to connect. I am aware that each person's experience and journey is unique and work accordingly.
I have worked with 100 or more people and witnessed their progress, it has been deeply rewarding and humbling.
I do distant healing and it has proved to be just effective as having a session in person.
Each Reiki session is about 30 mins long. One often feels a gentle shift in mood, a clarity and lightness. Frequency of the sessions is purely upto the need of the individual.
