Megan Watson Lightness of Spirit

Description

I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, lacking confidence or uncertain about what comes next. You may be facing a life transition, struggling with anxiety or self-esteem, questioning your direction, or finding it difficult to move beyond thoughts and patterns that no longer serve you. Sometimes you simply know that something needs to change, but aren't sure how to begin.
As a certified life coach and qualified Master Reiki healer, with 15 years' experience teaching psychology, I bring together practical coaching, psychological understanding and spiritual insight. I help you understand what is keeping you stuck, begin to heal, shift limiting beliefs and reconnect with your confidence, clarity and sense of direction.
Our sessions are shaped around you and can draw on transformational life coaching, NLP, Reiki and tarot/oracle guidance. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, support emotional healing, change unhelpful patterns and reconnect you with your own intuition and inner strength.
My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity and confidence, and feel supported as you take the next steps towards a happier, more fulfilling chapter of your life.
