About the Role:This is a key position where you will spearhead recruitment initiatives, focusing on attracting prospective students from schools and colleges. You'll oversee a talented team, including Recruitment Coordinators and Event Assistants, ensuring a seamless student journey from awareness to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Manage the UK Recruitment team and drive the implementation of a robust UK recruitment strategy.Engage with Schools and Colleges: Develop and enhance relationships with educational institutions to boost recruitment efforts.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with faculties to craft tailored recruitment plans that align with university objectives.Event Management: Oversee on-campus activities such as open days, tours, and taster sessions, ensuring they are engaging and informative.Data-Driven Insights: Provide reports on recruitment activities, assessing the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within higher education.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team effectively and inspire them to meet targets.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.Innovative Mindset: A proactive approach to developing new recruitment methods and strategies.Knowledgeable: Understanding of student recruitment cycles and access initiatives. Qualifications:
