This is an exciting opportunity to join Rise Technical Recruitment within our growing Education division, where you'll receive industry–leading training and development to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant.

The Role:

Full training to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant within Rise Education

Learn sales, negotiation, influencing and business development

Develop relationships with colleges, universities and specialist training providers across the UK

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and develop your own specialist client base

Source, interview and represent high–quality candidates

Understand what genuinely motivates people and help them make the right career move

Manage the complete recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement

Become an expert within your specialist market

Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential

Continuous training, coaching and career development
